Minecraft Rules
General Rules
Respect Everyone – Be kind to other players. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.Staff Authority – Staff hold the right to ban, kick, or mute any player at any time, with or without prior notice, if necessary for the health of the community.Rule Changes – Rules may be updated at any time. By continuing to connect and play, you automatically agree to the latest version.No Punishment Evasion – Evading bans, mutes, or kicks (e.g., using alternate accounts, VPNs, or other methods) is strictly prohibited and may result in extended or permanent bans.
Land Rules
No Griefing – Do not destroy, steal, or alter builds within claimed land, or within 5 chunks of a claim.
- Anything beyond 5 chunks of claimed land is fair game unless it is between two towns less than 5 chunks apart, in which case the buffer zone belongs equally to both towns.
Respect Quests & Structures – Do not build too close to ruins, quest-related areas, or server-created structures. These are for everyone to enjoy.No Land-Locking – Do not claim land in a way that completely surrounds or blocks another town from expanding.Touching Claims Only – All claims made by a town must be connected. Any non-touching (separate) claims will be removed by staff without compensation.
Combat Rules
Fair PvP – Player-vs-player combat is allowed unless a player has Pacifist Mode enabled. Attacking pacifists is not permitted.No Spawn Killing – Do not repeatedly kill players near spawn or prevent them from safely rejoining the game.No Combat Logging – Logging out, force-closing, or otherwise disconnecting to avoid combat or death is not allowed. If you enter combat, you must finish it.
Fair Play
No Hacking or Cheating – Any use of hacked clients, x-ray mods, duping exploits, macros, or other cheats that give an unfair advantage over vanilla players is strictly forbidden.
- Cosmetic or quality-of-life mods (e.g., minimaps without cave/x-ray, OptiFine, shaders) are allowed if they do not impact gameplay balance.

Building & Gameplay
Build With Purpose – Towns should enhance the server world, not clutter it. Random 1x1 towers, lava casts, or lag-causing builds are prohibited.Quests First – Part of the fun for this server is completing quests. Please do not block or sabotage quest objectives.
Enforcement
Violating rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.
Staff decisions are final do not argue with them.
Actions on the Minecraft server may result in punishment on the Discord server, and actions on the Discord server may result in punishment on the Minecraft server.
We reserve the right to take action against players for serious incidents that occur outside of our Minecraft and Discord servers if they affect the safety or well-being of our community.
Discord Rules
General Rules
Follow Discord TOS – All members must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- These override our server rules if there is ever a conflict.
No Advertising or Malicious Links – Do not promote other servers, communities, or share harmful/malicious links in public channels or direct messages.
- Exception: Town or Nation Discord servers may be advertised only in the #town-advertising channel.Note: We are not affiliated with any of these servers and are not responsible for what happens in them.
No Spam – Avoid flooding chat, using excessive pings, mic spamming, or sending repeated/unwanted messages.No Hateful or Harmful Content – Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in text or voice chat will not be toleratedDo Not DM or @ Staff – Please do not privately message or ping staff members directly. We have jobs and lives outside this server. Use the ticket bot or designated help channels if you need assistance.
Staff & Enforcement
Staff Authority – Staff decisions are final. Arguing, disrespecting, or harassing staff members may result in removal from the server.
Rule Updates – Rules may change at any time. A notification will be posted in the appropriate announcements channel. By remaining in the server, you agree to all updated rules.
- Note: We are not responsible for notifying members of changes to Discord’s TOS; you are responsible for staying compliant.
Cross-Platform Enforcement – Actions on the Minecraft server may result in punishment on the Discord server, and actions on the Discord server may result in punishment on the Minecraft server.
Outside Incidents – We reserve the right to take action against players for serious incidents that occur outside of our Minecraft and Discord servers if they affect the safety or well-being of our community.
